	A next-generation concept Holiday Inn, similiar to this one in north Texas, will be built at the Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road. The new hotel will focus on business travelers working in the Westway Park complex and surrounding areas.
	DNA Westway Park II is a ten story, 242,370 sq. ft. Class "A" office building. The building is LEED CS Certified. The lead tenant is GE Oil & Gas. 	Dienna Nelson Augustine Company's 144,000 square foot, three story multi-tenant office building in Westway Park.
	Koll Development Company's 3 story, 158,000 square foot “Intellicenter” office building leased over 141,000 square feet to St. Paul Travelers Companies.

	The Houston Apartment Association and Houston Apartment Foundation's headquarter's building is located at 4810 Westway Park Boulevard.

	Invensys' new 93,000-square foot western hemisphere headquarters located at 10900 Equity Drive in Westway Park.

	BJ Services Company's new 85,500 square foot facility on 11 heavily wooded acres in Westway Park.

	Vista Equities retail center is now open for business. Tenants at the 12,600 square foot center include Simply Splendid Donuts & Ice Cream, Subway Sandwiches and the Red Onion Cafe.

	The three-story La Quinta Inn & Suites has opened for business. Each room is equipped with free high-speed internet access as well as many other amenities.

	Alliance Residential's new 336-unit, Broadstone at Westway Park provides high-quality homes to young professionals working in the area.

	With its proximity to the Techway and the area's high-tech community, Westway Park is an ideal location for DeVry University's 100,000 square foot campus.

	The Cameron Division of Cooper-Cameron selected Westway Park as its location for its new 215,000 square foot, Class A office headquarters building. The facility designed by HOK Architects and built by D. E. Harvey Company represents the quality and character of Westway Park.

	Seismic Exchange's 51,000 square foot Houston location.

	Stewart Title, P&O Nedloyd, & Ryland Homes all have major operations in Westway Park and are housed in the 139,000 square foot Concourse Building located at the entrance to Westway Park.

	Westway Park has become a place to work and play, with the opening of the $5.2 million, 46,000 square-foot Westside YMCA. Ray Bailey Architects designed the complex on 17 acres.
