With West Houston's continued significant growth, Wolff Companies along with Harris County Precinct 3, completed this segment of Park Row through Ten Oaks.

Wolff Companies relocated more than 20 large live oak trees, which were initially planted along Barker-Cypress Road in the early 1980s. The live oaks will be replanted along Park Row and other locations in the Medical Center - West.

Texas Children's Hospital and The Methodist Hospital are constructing two hospitals and medical office buildings totaling over 1.2 million square feet of improvements in Ten Oaks.
The first phase of this new Texas Medical Center-West involves an investment of over $500 million, and encompasses a tract of land roughly equal to that of the original Texas Medical Center.
Completion of phase one is scheduled for early in 2010.
