ACCESSIBILITY:
Park 10 has over 2.6 miles
of freeway frontage on Interstate 10 (the Katy Freeway). Interstate
10 and State Highway 6 is a strategic intersection in the
west Houston area and the "crossroads" of the Energy
Corridor. Interstate 10 provides quick access to some of Houston's
finest residential communities as well as other major commercial
centers of the city.
- State Highway 6, a six lane highway,
provides high speed north/south access to northwest and
southwest Houston.
- Park Row, a major thoroughfare that
parallels Interstate 10, is the
"Main Street" of Park 10, providing additional
traffic circulation. It runs through the Park connecting
State Highway 6 to Barker Cypress.
Ultimately, it will connect Dairy Ashford to the town of
Katy.
- Barker Cypress Road is the first major
thoroughfare west of the Cullen
Park system providing access to Interstate 10 for residents
of west
Houston. It connects Interstate 10 to U.S. 290 (the Northwest
Freeway).
TRAFFIC COUNTS: Over
140,000 vehicles travel Interstate 10 each day. Almost 50,000
vehicles pass Park 10 on State Highway 6 daily.
UTILITIES:
Park 10 is located in the City of Houston, which provides
municipal water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment.
Water supply and wastewater collection lines are located within
the rights-of-way of public streets adjoining each of the
Properties. Sufficient central plant capacity is available
to serve practically any land use. Reliant Energy/HL&P
provides electrical service. Southwestern Bell Telephone Company
provides telephone service. Reliant Energy/Entex provides
natural gas service.
HOUSING:
Park 10 is conveniently located near a wide variety of residential
areas for executives and employees. High quality executive
housing in prestigious neighborhoods such as Kelliwood, Cinco
Ranch, Fleetwood and the Memorial Villages is a quick commute
from Park 10. Mid, entry level and multi-family housing are
located minutes away in every direction from the development.
SCHOOL DISTRICT:
Park 10 is located in the Katy Independent School District,
one of the highest rated school districts in the metropolitan
area.
TAXES:
