Travelers Insurance Leases Intellicenter at Westway Park
 
Wolff Companies is pleased to welcome the newest tenant at Intellicenter in Westway Park - Travelers Insurance, the second largest writer of auto and homeowners insurance through independent agents.
 

Travelers will occupy the LEED certified building in the first quarter of 2008 consolidating its six metro locations into one central location. Commercial real estate firm Koll Development Company (KDC) and Prudential Real Estate Services are developing Intellicenter, a 158,000 square foot, three story office building located at 4650 Westway Park Boulevard.

David Bale with the Houston office of Staubach and Tom Maloney with Staubach in Walnut Creek, CA represented Travelers. Kyle Kelley with CBRE in Houston represented KDC.

This project is part of the Intellicenter national building program that has an estimated total price tag of $200 million. Gensler is the architect on the project along with St. Louis-based Forum Studio Inc.
