| Archway Properties has purchased the former Hydralift Building in Interwood located at 14450 John F. Kennedy Blvd. The 51,000 square foot building will become the new headquarters location for NuFlo Technologies, a subsidiary of SCF Partners. NuFlo is a former Halliburton operating subsidiary recently acquired by SCF Partners, a Houston based investment company specializing in the energy services industry.
|
Don Dennis, principal of Archway Properties notes that NuFlo is consolidating three companies into this new headquarters facility. Interwood's strategic location relative to major highway arteries and its proximity to George Bush Intercontinental Airport make it an ideal multi-modal location for NuFlo's business operations. |
Wolff Companies has 46.2 acres remaining in Interwood available for a number of uses. A 16.5-acre site, located on FM 525 is available for immediate development either by a single developer, or could be subdivided for owner-occupied businesses. FM 525 connects Interwood with U.S. 59 to the east and the Hardy Tollroad and I-45 to the west.
