A
new medical office building is just the prescription for a
booming area of Sugar Land, the Sugar Land/ 6 Commercial
Corridor. Physician's Property Investments bought
more than three acres in First Crossing, a Wolff Companies
development at the intersection of State Highway 6 and U.S.
90-A.
The
doctors group chose the three-acre site because of its central
location on the major east-west transportation route, near
a heavy concentration of physicians and patients in the rapidly
developing Ft. Bend area.

in First Crossing and the surrounding Sugar Land / 6 Commercial
Corridor has sold at a feverish pace in the last two years.
Wal-Mart and Sam's built more than 350,000
square feet of retail space in the park, and First Crossing
is now home to Texas State Bank and Chase Bank,
as well as Willie's Grill Restaurant. |

Corridor
Texas Oncology Center is under
construction just east of First Crossing on State Highway
6, and the Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Health Center
is located in the immediate area.
