ExxonMobil
has leased 87,646-square feet in the Meadows of Interwood
to house their newly combined Gulf Offshore and Western
Hemisphere Production Groups. The lease includes the renewal
of space already occupied by ExxonMobil and additional space
to accommodate the relocation of one of the groups from New
Orleans. This brings occupancy in the 139,000-square foot
Class "A" office building up to 96%.
Interwood
is a 440-acre master planned business park located at the
Sam Houston Parkway (Beltway 8, North) and John F. Kennedy
Boulevard, the entrance to George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Other major office tenants and owners in the park include
Administaff and First Health Group. Interwood's strategic
location and proximity to major transportation corridors:
Beltway 8, I-45 North, Hardy Toll Road and US 59 North, make
it ideal for distribution operations serving the greater southeast
Texas region. Owners with majoroperations in the business
park include US Foodservices, Federal Express, the US Postal
Service and Prime Source Building Materials.
