Park 10 gets connected… The Katy Freeway Expansion Project will result in enhanced access to Park 10 and Ten Oaks in the heart of the Energy Corridor with new, full ramp interchanges at Park 10 Boulevard, as well as at Barker-Cypress Road. Construction is expected to commence shortly, and to be completed along with that part of the Freeway expansion project in January 2006.

Park 10 is Wolff Companies' 550-acre master-planned business environment commanding 2.6 miles on I-10 between SHW 6 and Barker Cypress Road.
Medical News from The Energy Corridor …Wolff Companies' newest development, Ten Oaks anchors the west end of The Energy Corridor. Ten Oaks will become the healthcare hub of West Houston with the new 54-acre Texas Children's Hospital campus. Dan Bellow and David Bale with the Staubach Company represented TCH in the transaction.
…and Foundation Surgery Affiliates is nearing completion of a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center at Broadfield Boulevard and Park 10 Place, one block off I-10. FSA recently acquired the site immediately to the north for additional medical facilities.
