Thought you would like to know!

Dear Friends,

Cash registers are ringing in First Crossing, the Wolff Companies master-planned development in the Sugar Land / 6 Commercial Corridor at State Hwy. 6 South and U.S. 90-A. Two pad sites have sold, with plans for more than 14,000 square feet of new retail space fronting Hwy. 6.

Project developer Mulligan & McCarble, reports it is 90% pre-leased on its 11,000 square foot retail center, The Shops in First Crossing.

In other First Crossing news… Chase Bank is open, with the public grand opening of its newest prototype financial center on May 1. Compass Bank purchased a site across University Boulevard for a future branch location, and Texas State Bank anchors the First Crossing financial center.

The 65-acre First Crossing master-planned office and business park is 100 percent occupied. Its desirable location is near major corporate centers such as Fluor Daniel, Schlumberger Technology, and Texas Instruments. High quality landscaping and approximately 1,000 trees surround First Crossing, with a few remaining sites that are ideal for professional, financial, restaurant or office development.

Please contact me for more information on First Crossing or any of the other Wolff Companies Developments: Interwood, Westway Park, Park 10 or Ten Oaks. Visit us online at www.wolffcompanies.com
