Another corporate headquarters heads
to Westway Park.
 The MedLeh Group will soon have a new home in Westway Park. Groundbreaking ceremonies for their new headquarters were held on the morning of May 2, in Wolff Companies mixed-use development, located at Clay Road and the West Sam Houston Tollway.
Westway Park 's central location within the “Techway”, the span of the West Sam Houston Tollway running from U.S. 290 to US 59 South, is a natural fit for The MedLeh Group. The information technology company specializes in corporate and legal document services, imaging, document conversion, binding, coding and digital printing.

Located on two acres at the southwest corner of Equity Park Drive and Westway Park Boulevard, the new two-story, 22,000 square foot technology center is being designed by Gensler. Move-in is anticipated in the spring of 2006.
In other news around the park…employees and residents can soon get lunch, laundry service, and square donuts in Westway Park! The Plazas at Westway Park, an upscale retail center, will open in just a few weeks. Current tenants include Subway, Express Cleaners, and Square Donut. Developed by Houston based Vista Equities Group, The Plazas at Westway Park is located at the intersection of Westway Park Boulevard and Clay Road.

Prime locations are still available in Westway Park, ranging from 2 to 15 acres, including a site bordering Carolyn Wolff Park, a nature area with century-old trees permanently preserved in Westway Park.
