Another Milestone Rolls for Wolff Companies: final sale completes 10/6 East
Wolff Companies sold the last remaining parcel in the 10/6 East development, a master-planned expansion of Wolff Companies' original Park 10 Regional Business Center at the Katy Freeway and Highway 6.
A Hilton Homewood Inn & Suites Hotel will be constructed on the 2.3-acre site. Simmi Jaggi Basra, with CB Richard Ellis, represented the buyer, Park 10 Lodging, LP.

A location in the crosshairs of the Energy Corridor, and the quality of business development in the surrounding area were overriding considerations in site selection.
This Hilton Homewood Inn & Suites at the intersection of Park Row and State Highway 6 will be the fourth hotel in the east end of Park 10. It will be across the street from the 19-story Holiday Inn Select, and faces the historic Addicks United Methodist Church, one of the most recognizable and picturesque landmarks in the area. |
