 Last evening, the Houston Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) held its 17th Annual Broker of the Year Awards event at the Houston Country Club. A record gathering of Houston's leading commercial brokers, developers and investors were on hand to congratulate the recipients.
The winners of the prestigious Broker of the Year awards were:

NAIOP-Houston also presented two awards to young professional brokers who have demonstrated the qualities and characteristics that will some day qualify them for the Broker of the Year. The winners of this year's Rising Star Awards were:

The Staubach Company received the Pacesetter Award. That honor is given to a local firm that closes the largest number of transactions per professional. Wolff Companies is honored to have helped Staubach in this achievement with two substantial transactions last year. Dan Bellow and Mike Boehler represented BJ Services Company in its acquisition of an 11-acre site in Westway Park for its new headquarters. Dan Bellow and David Bale represented Texas Children's Hospital in the acquisition of a 45-acre site for its west Houston Campus in Ten Oaks.
