Last night the Houston chapter of NAIOP the Association of Commercial Properties announced the 2008 winners at the annual Broker of the Year Awards. Wolff Companies would like to congratulate the recent winners. As a past director and president of the local chapter, I have great appreciation for their dedication to quality commercial brokerage in Houston.

Tom Lynch and Billy Gold of CB Richard Ellis received Industrial Deal of the Year honors for the largest industrial lease in 2008, and Tim Relyea with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas took home honors for the Office Deal of the Year.

The Houston office of Jones Lang LaSalle was presented the Pacesetter Award. Ryan Fuselier and Anna Schinas, both with Jones Lang LaSalle received Industrial and Office Rising Star Wards, respectively.

Tom Lynch of CB Richard Ellis was named Industrial Broker of the Year. Cushman & Wakefield of Texas’ Tim Relyea also garnered Office Broker of the Year accolades.

Developing prime commercial land in Houston for more almost 40 years, Wolff Companies has been privileged to work with the best in the business at our landmark properties of First Crossing, Interwood, Park 10, Ten Oaks and Westway Park.

The best commercial brokers are trusted advisers to their clients. They are driven to find the best solutions, helping clients base their decisions upon the most current, comprehensive market information. Clients depend on brokers for more than the latest information about what has transpired, but for guidance on where the land, office, industrial and multi-family markets are heading.

Houston is an exciting and rewarding place to live and do business. The winners at the NAIOP Houston Chapter's Annual Broker of the Year Awards deserve credit for contributing to our community's success.

Thank you,
David W. Hightower, CCIM, CRE
