Sugar Land has received a house call! The Kelsey-Seybold Fort Bend Medical and Diagnostic Center is celebrating its grand opening at First Crossing.

Kelsey-Seybold opened its "Medical Office of the Future" on Decmeber 5, 2005.

Kelsey-Seybold’s new 75,000-square-foot, three-story medical facility continues their tradition of bringing together primary care, specialty care and diagnostic services in one convenient location. Transwestern Commercial Services served as project developer, while Kirksey Architects designed the facility.

The Fort Bend Kelsey-Seybold Clinic began seeing its first patients last month. The 75,000-square-foot, three -story medical office building, built on 8.5 acres along University Boulevard near the major intersection of State Hwy 6 South and U.S. 90 A, will continue the Kelsey-Seybold tradition of bringing together primary care, specialty care and diagnostic services in one convenient location

First Crossing is Wolff Companies’ 65-acre master-planned business development on University Boulevard near the major intersection of State Highway 6 South and U.S. 90 A. First Crossing is located in the Sugar Land / State Hwy 6 commercial area of Fort Bend County, one of the fastest growing counties in the United States.
