Representative Owners & Tenants Interwood's new 131 room Fairfield Inn and Suites is now open and provides an additional hospitality option to business travelers. Energy services company Halliburton is currently occupying its new 70,000 square foot technology center on Interwood South Parkway. Denver-based Urban Group announced that the General Services Administration has signed two long-term leases in its building at 15109 Heathrow Forest Parkway. The new tenants are leasing 34,500 square feet in the 62,000-square foot, two-story building that was completed in March of last year. TownePlace Suites, located at John F. The new hotel will focus on business travelers working in the Westway Park complex and surrounding areas. DNA Westway Park II is a ten story, 242,370 sq. ft. Class A office building. Brookhollow Business Park is a planned, commercial development created and developed by the principals of Wolff Companies during the late 1960’s. It is located at the interchange of Loop 610 and U.S. 290 in near northwest Houston.

This 170-acre development was the first move north of Buffalo Bayou for non-industrial related, office and related commercial projects. During the development of the project, major corporations such as Exxon, Prudential Insurance, the State of Texas, Amoco, and Amerada Hess acquired sites and/or leased buildings where they have located new facilities for various operating divisions.

Today, Brookhollow is home to a number of corporate America tenants and is also served by numerous hotels, restaurants and other business services at a strategic interchange.

Beltway Business Park is a 400-acre commercial business center located in southwest Houston. This deed restricted park was created by the principals of Wolff Companies in 1970 and is considered one of Houston's first deed-restricted business park environments. It is located on the east side of the Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) just south of the Westchase district.

The original development plan called for 200 acres of business or light industrial uses, 100 acres of garden apartments and 100 acres of retail/commercial uses. The initial purchasers of sites in the park included Gulf Oil Corporation, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Hewlett-Packard Company, Gulf States Toyota, Inc., Coors Distributing Company, and many others. All sites in this now fully completed business center have been sold and developed.
