A next-generation concept Holiday Inn, similiar to this one in north Texas, has been built at the Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road. The new hotel plans to focus on business travelers working in the Westway Park complex and surrounding areas. DNA Westway Park II is a ten story, 242,370 sq. ft. Class A office building. Westway Park is a 150-acre, master-planned office park, located at the intersection of the Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road, between Interstate 10 (the Katy Freeway) and U.S.290 (the Northwest Freeway).

Representative Owners & Tenants Interwood's new 131 room Fairfield Inn and Suites is now open and provides an additional hospitality option to business travelers. Energy services company Halliburton is currently occupying its new 70,000 square foot technology center on Interwood South Parkway. Denver-based Urban Group announced that the General Services Administration has signed two long-term leases in its building at 15109 Heathrow Forest Parkway.
