			<title>CHB AMERICA TO BUILD IN INTERWOOD</title>
			<description>   Despite a sluggish real estate environment, there is vigorous activity in Wolff Companies&amp;#8217; Interwood, a master-planned business park located at Beltway 8 and John F. Kennedy Boulevard. CHB America Inc., an affiliate of Chipolbrok, the Chinese-Polish Joint Shipping Company has just completed the purchase of a 3-acre tract on Heathrow Forest Parkway. Chipolbrok is an international shipper serving North America, Europe and the Far East.       CHB America Inc. chose Interwood as the site for their new, 20,000-square foot US headquarters building after an exhaustive search of the north Houston market. Construction is expected to commence this spring. CHB purchased the 3-acre tract on Heathrow Forest Parkway from SCO Oil, who retained 3.3 acres for future use. Marc Drumwright and Nick Miller with Southwest Realty Advisors represented the seller.
