In a public/private venture with Harris County Pct. 3, Wolff Companies and other landowners have contributed the right-of-way and a portion of the construction costs to extend Park Row through the Ten Oaks section of the new Medical Center - West, a 170-acre complex which is home to the Texas Children's Hospital West Campus and The Methodist Hospital West Campus.
