			<title>Interwood Experiences Steady Growth</title>
			<description>Interwood, a densely wooded 440-acre master-planned business park located at Beltway 8 and John F. Kennedy Boulevard, has been bustling with construction. Located at the entry to George Bush Intercontinental Airport, the business park has seven projects recently completed, underway or about to begin.     Western International, a Dallas-based hospitality developer and operator, is constructing two nationally-recognized hotels as well as a restaurant. The first hotel, a 134-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott is scheduled for completion this spring. Construction has commenced on the second hotel, a 131-room Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott, with completion scheduled for fall of 2009. Specifics on the restaurant have not been released.   The Urban Group, a Denver-based developer, is completing construction of a 62,000 square foot, Class-A, two-story, office building at 15109 Heathrow Forest Parkway immediately north of the Administaff building.
